An honest confession: I didn’t use to do weddings, but…

When this lovely couple asked me to document their wedding, I was initially hesitant. While I'd shot elopements before, a wedding with 80 guests was uncharted territory. After some reflection, I decided to take on the challenge. They booked me a year in advance, and I have to admit, I was nervous about living up to their expectations.

On the big day, despite my nerves, I thoroughly enjoyed being part of their love story. Capturing the joy, laughter, and love of their special day was truly rewarding. As a photographer, I thrive on telling the stories of couples in love, and this wedding was no exception.

What makes it all worthwhile is hearing back from my clients, seeing the joy on their faces when they view their photos, and knowing that I've played a part in preserving their memories. This experience taught me the importance of being gentle with myself, patient, and confident in my abilities. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this couple's journey and look forward to many more love stories to come.
