Portrait Sessions

What is included in the session:

It includes 35 final edited photos (edited with emmedelmar presets)

A gift from me to you: 5 candid analog photos in 35 mm. We love spontaneous photos with a vintage feel!
*35 mm photos will be uploaded to the gallery 1 month after the session.

Absolutely! We have plenty of time for 2-3 outfit changes! So pick your most beautiful outfits.

The session lasts 1 hour. I recommend meeting 20-30 min before so we can discuss last minute details. (And of course chat a little and get to know each other a bit better!)

All edited final photos will be uploaded to a pic-time gallery. I will need you to provide an email so I can send you the gallery as soon as itβs ready.

All edited final photos will be uploaded 20 days after the session! I know you want to see your photos ASAP, but it takes me a while to cull and edit your beautiful photos.

The total cost is: $320 usd.
Client shall pay the total as follows:A non-refundable 50% retainer to book your photo session date. (Paypal transfers only)
Example:
$160 usd.Balance of 50% of the total due on the date of the photo session.

Terms and Conditions
Booking Photography Service by Emmedelmar:
- In order to reserve Emmedelmar for the date of the photo session, Client must pay a non-refundable 50% retainer of the total cost of the photography service.
Artistic Style:
- Client acknowledges that Emmedelmar requires and retains discretion concerning the services to be provided [le. posing, lighting, camera choice, lens choice, etc.].
- Client acknowledges and is familiar with Emmedelmar's portfolio and stylistic choices, yet recognize that the art form consistently evolves (is artistic in nature) and yet is different than past artistic work by Emmedelmar.
- In the creation of the final product for Client, Emmedelmar reserves the right to artistic choices that fall within the boundaries agreed upon services and terms.
Image Selection Process and Editing:
- After the date of the session and completion of photography service, the photos created are subject to a careful selection process by Emmedelmar.
- Photographer reserves the right to strategically choose the ideal photos to be edited and delivered to Client.
- All culling and editing is under the complete control and authority of Emmedelmar. Emmedelmar guarantees a minimum of 35 edited photos to be delivered to Client.
Location Access Fees and Permits:
- If Client chooses to shoot at a location that charges for access and/or permit for photography, client shall be responsible for all fees associated with shooting there, including entrance fees and parking.
- Client shall also be responsible for organizing access to the location and any permits required for doing so.
Cooperation:
- Emmedelmar and Client agree to a cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this project.
- Client understands that Emmedelmar keeps a busy schedule before and after Clientβs event, including the projects of other clients.
Creative Release:
- Emmedelmar will document the session that transpires based upon prior communication between the Client and Emmedelmar.
- Emmedelmar will act in the best interest of Clientβs event and the preservation of Emmedelmar's creative vision.
- In doing so, Emmedelmar will try its best to capture moments as they transpire, but cannot guarantee specific images or comprehensive coverage.
